Please note that all prices are presented in CAD unless otherwise noted. 

Delivery Policy
 All orders must be prepaid in full before delivery is made.  We deliver to over 30 towns and hamlets locally, and world wide via Teleflora.  Deliveries are made with a marked van by our friendly courteous driver.  Your recipient will receive a courtesy call to arrange a convenient delivery time. We will never leave your order unattended at the door unless you or your recipient instruct us to do so (weather permitting).  

Our Substitution Policy

Please understand our greatest effort is made to fill your request as ordered, however substitutions may be necessary due to the availability and freshness of product. The vase or container may vary due to inventory.  The same look and feeling will be maintained to the best of our talents. Under the circumstances of a drastic change or substitution we will notify you for your input. When placing an order please make sure to give your contact information as well as your recipient's contact information. Please have a second choice or substitution in mind.
